Reducing digital marketing costs and increasing sales with a Landing Page

Reducing digital marketing costs and increasing sales with a Landing Page...

Did you know that a landing page is one of the best ways to reduce your spending on Google advertising

The reason is simple.

Landing pages, if built correctly, should provide users with content that closely matches their search intent. Put simply, if you were a furniture store and one of your potential clients was to search for say "TV Cabinets" they should land on a page that is solely concerned with TV Cabinets. It should not include details of your entire range of furniture.

So why does that matter I hear you ask?

It matters because your Google Ads become cheaper as they become more targeted. Google measures this by providing advertisers with a quality score and it's this Quality Score that a professional SEO consultant will attempt to increase. For example, a score of 4/10 means your ad may never get served and if it did, the cost per click would be relatively expensive. On the other hand, a score of say 8/10 would mean your ad gets served more often and also served cheaply.

Thereforeyou pay less for your clicks by increasing your relevancy and your quality score. In most cases, this is where a professional SEO consultant will pay for themselves.

An example of my work

The landing page below provided cheap clicks for my client because we targeted a specific product group and a known popular brand. Our Google Ad included the exact wording you see on the landing page which in turn afforded us with a high level of relevancy and therefore a lower cost. Notice also there are limited options for the visitor other than "Enquire Now" or "Click to Call", plus we added a time constraint on the promotion to encourage people to get in quick.

Can a landing page be built for any website?

The short answer is yes and it's surprisingly cheap.

Xflow's suite of professional landing pages can be added to any site from just $195.00 ex GST. For a little more I can also provide in-depth advice on how to put together your first online promotion, creating promotion specific e-brochures and display ads, finding the triggers for users to buy from you and how to extend the promotion offline, among other things.
